Visualisation is a beautiful meditation tool. Using the 5 senses we can take our mind to another place, giving yourself some relaxing feelings. Nature is a favourite choice, whether it be the beach on a warm windy day or the fresh crisp air of the country side, we can discover so much about ourselves. Taking the time to tune out with a frequency that is a direct match to us, is an absolute gift.
